Irreconcilable differences within the band regarding the future musical direction have resulted in an immediate parting of ways.

What lies ahead is uncertain but re-PunK’d cannot continue, in the short term at least.

Sincere apologies to anyone we’ve let down with this announcement but there is no prospect of reconciliation.

Over the last two years we’ve realised our concept, brought fun and great music to what was a growing audience. It is regrettable it has to end this way.

We were supported by some amazing people and we owe a debt of thanks to them and all the folks who came along to our gigs and had a great time.

We’ll miss you
